Duffy Fitness Center(ages 14 and older)
General Public 8 workouts $40
The Duffy Fitness Center contains eight treadmills, eight elliptical cross-trainers, stationary bicycles, stair machines and a walking/running track. Nautilus and free weights meet all your fitness needs. As a new member, you will receive a complete orientation. Personal trainers will help you develop a fitness program or enhance your current routine. Program cards can be used and filed so you can track your progress.

Personal Trainers can help you achieve your goals safely. Your first appointment will include fitness testing.

Fitness Testing
Before you start your fitness program, test your fitness level and find out where you are, plan where you want to be, and develop a program to get there! Fees must be paid at the time of scheduling the appointment.

Cycle Reebok (Indoor Cycling)
Cycle is for riding enthusiasts of all levels from the novice to the skilled athlete. Cycle Reebok is an innovative way to take your workout to an entirely new level, combining a challenging and exciting fitness experience with a fulfilling mental and emotional journey. You can burn up to 500 calories in one class!

Fit for Two
This class is designed for the expectant and new mother. Join us to keep fit during your pregnancy and postpartum. Physician's permission is required. This class is sponsored by Women's & Children's Services at Port Huron Hospital.

Women Strength & Conditioning
Condition your body using a combination of free weights and machines. Our personal trainers will teach you how to develop strength, shape, tone, and define your body. This class suitable for all ages.

L.I.F.E.
Join this high intensity, low impact workout class. Specific moves work most every part of your body. This multi-level workout will fit everyone's needs.

Step It Up
This lively step class is perfect for everyone. Pick your intensity level and let the fun begin. Step combinations range from easy to challenging with modifications for all fitness levels. There is a variety of floor work and toning exercises.

Flex Cards
Purchase a workout punch card that will fit your schedule. Cards may be purchased in groups of 8, 16, 24 or 32 workouts per 8 week session. Cards may be purchased at the front desk. This may be used for all group fitness classes except Women's Body Sculpting, Yoga,
Pilates, Tai Chi, Bellydancing and Tae Kwon Do.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a slow moving exercise that combines the mind, breathing, balance, and body with each movement. Excellent for health and relaxation.

Pilates
This class is to improve flexibility, strength and balance while flattening abdominals. The Pilates method gives you a great workout.

Power Lunch Break
These 30-minute classes will relieve stress, tone muscles and keep you in shape. Classes will consist of 15 minutes abdominal exercises followed by 15 minutes of upper body or 15 minutes of lower body.

Belly Dancing
This self-paced class is designed to give students a basic dance vocabulary, the ability to improvise with these movements and do a simple choreography. You can learn to belly dance and tone the mid-section at the same time. 10 week sessions.

Cardio Kickboxing
Add some excitement to your workout! This class offers a tremendous aerobic workout while training muscles through kickboxing techniques. This class is great for anyone at any fitness level.

Butts and Guts
Blast your abdominal and rear-end muscles with this 30 minute workout. The class will target the abdominal and gluteus muscles through many different exercises.

Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do is the "Way of the hand and foot." Whether you are interested in self defense, competition, or physical fitness, this Korean martial art is for the entire family. This is a progressive class where individuals are given the opportunity to test for higher ranks and to compete at the local, state, regional, or national level. This program is affiliated with the Michigan Amateur Tae Kwon Do Union
