AQUA FIT
This high-energy, low impact class is a fun combination of aerobic and toning exercises focusing on core strength, balance, range of motion, flexibility, and cardiovascular strengthening. Use the water’s resistance to get your heart pumping and your muscles toned. Buoyancy barbells and noodles will be incorporated.
