ARTHRITIS AQUATICS
This class features a full range of motion exercises performed in the warm water pool for all levels of ability. Increase your fl exibility and build new friendships at this popular aquatic program.

Lazy River Current Walk is everything but lazy! Enjoy strength exercises as you walk or jog through the resistance of the current in the lazy river. Join your friends at the Y for a great lower-body/aerobic workout. Water shoes are recommended but not required.

PICKLEBALL
This net court game is a combination of tennis, badminton and paddle ball. The game places emphasis on coordination, control, patience and strategy rather than strength or speed. It is easy to learn and helps eyehand coordination. This game's popularity is growing across the country!

BODY RECALL
Lifetime fitness and exercise to affect and benefit your body. You can rediscover lost movement while you improve your circulation. Nonpainful, slow, controlled movements will help you correct your form and posture. This 45 min. program is offered in partnership with St. Joseph Mercy Hospital.
