FAMILY POOL PARTY
Join us at the Y for a fun, all ages evening of floating and play! This is a family event with a different theme every month. Beach balls and floaties provided - please do not bring any from home. There will be music, water slides and the lazy river!

PUDDLE PAW
Come get muddy with the Y! We are introducing our first ever Puddle Paw youth outdoor obstacle course. Our diverse and detailed course provides children a fun and energetic event specifically designed for youth. Boys and Girls will be competing against children of their own age for the rights to earn a YMCA First place medal. Individuals who register before August 12 are guaranteed a T-shirt.

KIDS NIGHT OUT
Children 6 weeks old - school age are invited to enjoy a night filled with new friends and new games. Kids will play games, do crafts, participate in fun age-appropriate activities and includes a light snack and drink. School age kids don’t forget your bathing suit for pool time!

BUS WITH GUS
A great opportunity for school age kids, 1st - 5th grade to visit our indoor waterpark and participate in fun gym activities. The program runs during the school year and consists of supervised swim time and fun in the gym. A light snack will be offered to all participants. Transportation to and from school will be provided. Registration forms will be distributed through the schools, so keep an eye out for flyers to be sent home with your elementary students for your chance to participate! Call the Y at (810) 987-6400 for specific times. ***Additional schools will be offered throughout the school year

A great way for home-schooled children to get their gym credit during the school year and make new friends. This program is open to all children in 1st -12th grade. Children must be 6 years old to participate.

PRIME TIME AFTER SCHOOL
This program serves kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade at three centers: Indian Woods, Keewahdin and Thomas Edison. Activities include swimming at the Y, STEM activities, crafts, homework time, snacks, games and more!

HALLOWEEN ADULT DODGEBALL TOURNAMENT
Come show off your best costume and dodgeball skills at our Halloween Dodgeball Tournament. This round robin tournament will feature some of the fiercest arms in the area. A championship trophy and t-shirt will be given to the team that outlasts the rest! Prizes will be awarded to the best Halloween costume for one man and one woman. All participants will receive a complimentary t-shirt. Maximum of 8 players per team

BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT THE Y!
What could be more exciting than holding that special celebration at the Y? The YMCA offers a fun and exciting environment that is guaranteed to make your party a memorable one! Parties can be scheduled for 2 or 3 hours in length and the time can be divided between the party room, the Recreation pool and the gym. Included in this package is a Y Party Coordinator to assist you during your event.

BODY COMPOSITION MONDAY
Are you seeing the results you want from your current fitness routine or about to start a new workout? Stop by the Duffy Wellness Center office the first Monday of each month to receive a free 5 minute body composition evaluation. Your confidential printout containing key numbers will help keep you on track to achieving your fitness goals. If you’re ready to take your workout to the next level or looking to establish a fitness plan, consider purchasing a session with one of our Certified Personal Trainers. Age: 14 and up.
Member Fee: FREE on 1st Monday of each month ($5 any other Monday)

INTERNATIONAL LIFEGUARD TRAINING PROGRAM™
The International Lifeguard Training Program™ (ILTP) is a comprehensive Lifeguard Training program designed to promote objective-driven and performance-based training that results in a confident and competent lifeguard. A proactive, accountability-based approach to lifeguard training, ILTP is a single, integrated curriculum that successfully trains lifeguards through proven training methods and state-of-the-art lifeguard rescue skills. Program components include: First Aid, Health Care Provider CPR, Emergency Oxygen Support and Automated External Defibrillation. Using a combination of online and classroom training, the certification will take 22-24 hours.This program is being offered at the Y in partnership with Jeff Ellis & Associates, the industry leader with an unmatched reputation for aquatic safety since 1983.

AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION CPR TRAINING
The American Heart Association reports that "about 80% of all out-of-hospital cardiac arrest occur in private residential settings, so being trained to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) can mean the difference between life and death for a loved one." CPR saves lives.

AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION FIRST AID TRAINING
This course offered by The American Heart Association provides training on first aid, medical emergencies, injuries, and environmental emergencies.

HOLIDAY & SNOW CAMP
Kindergarten through 6th grade children can join in the fun here at the Y during school holiday breaks. A full day of activities including swimming, crafts, gym time and snacks are available for Christmas, Records Day, Mid-Winter Break and Spring Break. Bring your swimming suit and lunch. Payment must be made at the time the child arrives at the Y for child care.

JINGLE BELL RUN
Kick off the holiday season with the Y's Jingle Bell run. This is one of the season's best Holiday runs with a lot of jolly and spirited runners. Please wear your red and green and don't forget the bells! Prizes will be awarded! 5k, 10k Run and 2k Fun Walk. T-shirt guaranteed only with early registration.

HOMEWORK, FOOD & FUN
Change your odds for success! Middle and high school students receive help with homework, a meal and participate in fun values-based recreation including basketball, swimming, Zumba, fitness and martial arts. This program is offered in partnership with SONS Outreach.

DRIVER’S TRAINING
Blue Water Driving School offers adult and teen driver education classes at the Y that are designed for the convenience of the student driver.
