PROGRAMS & SCHEDULES
Y programs are available for every interest, age, and ability level. We're committed to offering quality programs at a reasonable price, in a safe and supportive setting that emphasizes our core character values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. From aquafit to zumba and camp to cooking or any one of hundreds of options, the Y will keep you moving and learning from age 1 to 101.
GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
You you can pick your class, pick your day and pick your time to build a group exercise class schedule that is just right for you!
General Group Exercise
• Members have access to these programs free of charge.
• Community members will be charged a rate of $10 for a 6-week class offering – for example, a 6:00 am Spin class on Monday will cost a total of $10 for the entire 6-week session.
Small Group Training - these classes require additional certification for instructors and are typically limited in size.
• Members pay $15 per 6-week class offering for classes up to one hour in length, $20 per 6-week class offering for classes lasting more than an hour.
• Community members pay $30 per 6-week class offering for classes up to one hour in length, $40 per 6-week class offering for classes lasting more than an hour.
