It’s called high-intensity interval training, or HIIT. You vary your pace or the intensity of your activity, pushing your limits, and then drop back down to a more comfortable zone. Then you repeat that cycle -- rev it up, recover, rev it up, recover. The payoff: You’ll burn calories faster, better, and longer after your workout’s over than going at a steady rate.

Pound Fit is a full-body cardio jam session combining light resistance with constant drumming. Fusing cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses all in a 45 minute session, this workout burns 600-900 cal/hour while rocking to your favorite music! Fun Fitness for the whole family!
