For all YMCA Swim Lessons and Sports programs, we are asking parents to register prior to the beginning of class each session. This change allows us the opportunity to provide you with fantastic service with:
• Improved planning for teams and classes
• Improved planning for instructors and coaches
• Improved space planning
• Fewer cancellations
• Smoother operations the first day of class/program

BARRE POWER
Tone, sculpt and strengthen core and legs using ballet style exercises. Class is done in bare feet.

CARDIO DANCE
Easy to follow and fun! If you like to dance, you'll really like the combination of cardio exercise and dance. Look forward to a wide variety of music and dance steps.

FAMILY YOGA
A beginners level yoga class. Fun for the entire family!

FUN FITNESS FOR KIDS
Fun Fitness might be familiar to your child as it is a local program developed by Dr. Jundi-Samman to motivate your child to move. Upbeat and fast-paced, the class flows from one exercise to another as the music changes. Designed to not use any equipment so kids can do the routine at home in their home, becoming a life style rather than just an exercise class.
Monday: 4:30 - 5:15 PM
Age: 6 years and older
Member Fee: FREE
Community Fee: $10 per class offering

MEDITATION
Do you strive for a positive lifestyle by struggle with negative self-talk? Are you looking for ways to manage stress and clear your mind? Meditation class might be just the right choice for you, combining different formats of mindful breathing, meditation and centering to help bring you to a place of peace and ease.

Wednesday: 7:00 - 8:00 PM

SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Training for a triathlon? 5K run? Looking forward to baseball season? Playing football in the fall? Sport specific training can help you achieve your competitive goals by fine-tuning your training to maximize your success. Many of our trainers are competitive athletes who utilize their own experience when working with clients.

BOOT CAMP
No guts, no glory in this total body workout! You’ll move to different stations, each designed for specific drills that enhance agility, speed, strength, and explosiveness. Check “lazy” at the door - Boot Camp works you head to toe so you’ll be ready for all of life’s challenges!
