Y-LOSS CHALLENGE
Looking for encouragement and support for your weight-loss? This challenge will help you lose weight in a safe and healthy manner through exercise and nutrition coaching. Participants receive 3 one hour personal training sessions, before & after photos, 2 fitness assessments, nutrition counseling, weekly weigh-in and T-shirt. Non-members receive member privileges including “free” member classes.

COUCH TO 5K
The popular couch-to-5k program has helped thousands of couch potatoes get up off their sofas and onto the roads, turning them into runners in just 2 months. We'll get you off on the right foot by working out three times a week, beginning with mostly walking and working up to running three miles or more. Graduation will be the finish line of the Y's Leprechaun Loop 5k on March 17. Classes include warm-up, core fitness, walking, running, stretching and cooling down. Class registration
includes entry into the Leprechaun Loop race - because whatever you are now, you become a runner when you get your first race number.

INFANT MASSAGE WORKSHOP
Strengthen the bond between baby and parent through infant massage. Techniques presented also improve infant digestion, increase circulation while soothing and comforting the child.

Refresh yourself fast with a rejuvenating chair massage! Treatments from a licensed therapist last from 10 to 30 minutes and relieve stress, reduce muscle cramps and improve circulation and productivity. Clients are clothed and seated in a specially designed chair. Chair massage makes a great gift!

SIGN LANGUAGE - BEGINNING
Really want to learn how to talk with your hands? Learning the basics of sign language in a fun and encouraging setting. Certified instructors will assist you in developing a skill that will help you communicate with the hearing impaired, toddlers to young to talk, and stroke or accident victims that have limited ability to speak.
