There are always new programs and services for you at the Y!

GROUP EXERCISE CHANGES
Starting Winter I (December 29th) you you can pick your class, pick your day and pick your time to build a group exercise class schedule that is just right for you!
General Group Exercise
• Members will continue to have access to these programs free of charge.
• Community members will be charged a rate of $10 for 6-week class offering – for example, a 6:00 am Spin class on Monday will cost a total of $10 for the entire 6-week session.

Small Group Training - these classes require additional certification for instructors and are typically limited in size.
• Members will pay $15 per 6-week class offering for classes up to one hour in length, $20 per 6-week class offering for classes lasting more than an hour.
• Community members will pay $30 per 6-week class offering for classes up to one hour in length, $40 per 6-week class offering for classes lasting more than an hour.

BEAT THE CLOCK
Just like the game, beat the clock class is fun fitness for the whole family. How many jumping jacks can you do in one minute? How many cups can you stack in a minute? Who's the fastest in your family? You'll find out here! Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels!

BRUCE LEE'S
Basic martial arts drills designed for children 9-13 years old. Kicks, Punches and form will be introduced & practiced.

FITNESS KICKSTART
Need to kick start your fitness program? Then you need to come to this class- a beginner's level spin class structured around basic fitness assessment tests. Includes weigh-ins, measurements, core strength, and heart rate recovery testing-all to help you understand where your current level of fitness is at. you'll be encouraged to set a few goals and you'll re-test at the end of the 6 week session to see how far you've come! for current coach potatoes who need a push to get going: but also great for "regulars" who could use a dose of motivation.

LITTLE NINJA'S
Ninja training for your little ninja! Age appropriate "ninja" training moves include bear crawling, crane balances, tiger jumps, stealthy snake slides, etc. Lots of fun & good exercise too.
