Pound Fit is a full-body cardio jam session combining light resistance with constant drumming. Race Walking is an Olympic Event and GREAT Exercise- burning more calories than running with less joint impact. Train for the Weinacker Cup, a 5K/10K Race Walking Event at the Fort Gratiot Trail on August 7 at 9:00 AM. This class will take you outside, so dress accordingly with running shoes. *New Class*
