  • The popular couch-to-5k program has helped thousands of couch potatoes get up off their sofas and onto the roads, turning them into runners in just two months. Graduation will be the finish line of the Y's Leprechaun Loop 5k.

  • Blue Water Half Marathon Training Program

    The Blue Water Half Marathon Training program is a 15-week program for those who are able to run at least 3 miles/day for 10-15 miles a week.

Options for Everyone!

The Y's Run Series offers great opportunities for individuals and families to enjoy fitness together and support their community at the same time. The series offers a variety of options throughout the year - from 2k walks to the new Blue Water Half Marathon.

Each race in the series features training options and chip timing. Series participants will qualify for series prizes. Register in advance for any of the runs and receive a discount on your entry fee.
