New this fall - SC4 and the YMCA are working together to provide more options for SC4 students, employees and the community.
The YMCA is offering group exercise classes on campus and staffing the Fitness Center in the SC4 Fieldhouse with trained Wellness Coaches to help you set and achieve your goals.
Sign up today! Classes offered this fall at SC4 are just $10 each for an entire six-week session, but they are FREE with a Y membership. And don't forget, members have full access to all the benefits and programs of the YMCA. Learn more about the Freshman 15 membership offer, good through the month of September.
