       ACTIVE OLDER ADULT FITNESS

Body Recall  

Learn to let movement and exercise affect and benefit your body. You can rediscover lost movements while you improve your circulation. Non-painful, slow, controlled movements will help you correct your form and posture.

Funded by Mercy Hospital and the Mercy Hospital Golf Committee. This class is for all ages and abilities.

Designed to provide a workout for those with arthritis.

Senior Swim

 Available during scheduled open swim times. Check the pool schedule.

Senior Yoga

 A blend of Hatha Yoga and Yogafit, this class offers options for beginner and  intermediate practitioners.  Each class begins with breath work to bring the mind and body into focus and closes with a state of  relaxation. 

Day/Time: Monday, 9:15a.m-10:15a.m.        

            Fee: Member: $10      General Public: $25
