We believe healthy living has as much to do with pursuing interests, passions and learning new things as it does with eating healthy and being active. Our minds and spirits need stimulus and enrichment, and we get so much more from life when we find things—and people—that inspire us.
At the Y, we offer a sense of community, fellowship and support that enriches people’s lives. You’re as likely to find a book club as an aerobic class at your Y, and parenting classes, quilting classes and group bus trips are becoming as popular as anything in the gym. Take a deeper look at something you’re interested in, with people interested in learning as much as you are!
Reminisce “Reminisce” Friday
This fun coffee/tea social hour is filled with topics, stories and information reflecting times, places and stories both personal and national and/or international. Third Monday Luncheon
The third Monday of each month the Y’s Active Older Adults (50+) will be enjoying lunch at different restaurants locally, trying new things and enjoying spending time with friends. Please register at the YMCA to reserve your spot.
